Community Focused

Giving back and taking care of each other is our passion and key to our culture. As a team member, you’ll have the opportunity to serve your community, as Chartway supports many worthy organizations across our regions. Each team member has two paid "volunteer days" every year to work in the community on initiatives that matter to them. Our charitable arm, the Chartway Promise Foundation, provides life-changing experiences that bring joy, hope and smiles to children facing medical hardship or illness. Other ways we support each other and our communities is through our CARE Team, seasonal giving and crisis support. Chartway has also provided $350,000 in scholarships to support our future leaders through its Directors' Memorial Scholarships program.

Summer Internship Program

As part of our commitment to reaching out into our communities, we offer students the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and discover the importance of delivering the best member experiences. Our interns learn from Chartway leaders in their field of study, attend Chartway presentations and events, attend lunch and learn training sessions, and participate in valuable mentoring and team-building sessions.  Areas of opportunities may include:
