What is a FHLB Grant?

The Federal Home Loan Bank Grant offers qualifying members1 access to funds2 that can be used towards a down payment, closing costs or rehabilitation of an existing unit.

Those who may qualify:

  • First-Time Homebuyers
  • Current or retired law enforcement officers, educators, health care workers, firefighters, and other first responders; and veterans and active-duty members of the military or their surviving spouse.
  • Those affected by a natural disaster
