St. George, UT (November 4, 2022) – This week, more than 80 Chartway team members gathered for a special reason: during a team member connection event, they surprised 6-year-old Maverick who is undergoing treatment for cancer with a Wish Proclamation. Together, they announced that his Wish to visit Disney World will come true thanks to a charitable grant from the Chartway Promise Foundation to Make-A-Wish Utah.
“The Chartway Promise Foundation strengthens communities by providing financial support to make dreams and wishes come to life for children like Maverick who face medical challenges,” said Christine Wilson, the Chartway Promise Foundation president. “He and his family were overjoyed to be celebrated by our Chartway team members following a tough treatment journey, and they can’t wait to pack their bags and experience the magic of Disney.”
